- Month-to-month, cancel with 30 days’ notice
Founding Partner pilot. For 30 days, we hold back a random half of your abandoned carts and never contact them. You pay nothing on the first $2,000 of extra revenue our outreach adds above that group. After that, it’s 15% of the lift for six months, then 20%. So you never pay for sales that would have happened anyway.
Abandoned cart recovery pricing: the math
Because Baymard Institute puts the average cart abandonment rate at about 70%, even a small store has plenty of carts worth a call. So here is how the math works for one example store.
Example only — illustrative, not a promise.
| Example store | Per month |
|---|---|
| Abandoned checkouts per month | 300 |
| Average cart value | $400 |
| Value sitting in abandoned carts | $120,000 |
| If outreach adds 5% over the holdout | $6,000 extra revenue (lift) |
| Our fee (20% of lift) | $1,200 |
| You keep | $4,800 you otherwise wouldn’t have had |
How we measure the lift
- We hold back a random group of abandoned carts we never contact: half during the Founding Partner pilot, then 15% after that.
- We calculate it on product subtotal after discounts, but not on taxes or shipping.
- Refunded or returned orders come off your next invoice.
- The lift is the extra revenue per cart in the contacted group, compared with the holdout. We also never bill orders from shoppers who checked out before we reached them.
Abandoned cart recovery pricing FAQ
Why 20%?
It’s less than most affiliate or agency fees, and it applies only to the lift, so you only pay on sales you wouldn’t have had. Your cost of acquisition for a recovered customer is fixed and known.
Is there a minimum?
No. If there’s no lift over the holdout group, you owe nothing.
How do I pay?
Monthly invoice, card or ACH, net 15.
What if I already run abandoned-cart emails?
Great. We coordinate timing so we add to them. Your emails also reach the holdout group, so you only pay for what Chris’s calls add.
No lift, no fee.
Book a 15-minute call, and then we’ll estimate what we could recover for your store.
