Do you replace my abandoned-cart emails?
No. Keep your Klaviyo/Shopify flows. We add a human layer on top and coordinate timing so shoppers aren’t spammed.
How do you know a sale was recovered by you?
We hold back a random group of carts that we never contact: half during the Founding Partner pilot, then 15%. Next, we compare sales from contacted carts with that group. You pay only on the difference, and you approve every invoice line.
Will you call people who didn’t agree to it?
We only call where your checkout collects the right consent, we scrub against Do-Not-Call lists, and we honor opt-outs immediately. We’ll help you update your checkout consent language.
Is there a contract?
A simple month-to-month agreement plus a data processing agreement. Cancel with 30 days’ notice.
What does it cost?
20% of the lift, meaning the extra revenue above a holdout group we don’t contact. Founding Partners get a 30-day pilot with no fee on the first $2,000 of lift, then 15% for six months.
