We think shoppers deserve a conversation, not another reminder email.
A quick word about Abandoned Carts: Chris Hoover founded the company in 2026 with a simple idea. The shoppers who leave a cart are the warmest leads an online store will ever have, and most of them just need a quick, human answer before they buy.
Big retailers have concierge teams for this. However, small and mid-sized brands usually don’t. So Chris built a service you can switch on without hiring anyone. We also priced it so you only pay when it works.
What to know about Abandoned Carts
We are a founder-led business based in New Hampshire. Chris makes every recovery call himself, so your shoppers hear from the person who runs the company.
Why the focus on conversations? Shoppers often leave over one unanswered question about shipping, sizing or returns. A quick call answers it, and then the shopper can finish checkout on your own site.
So who do we work with? Usually it’s a Shopify or WooCommerce brand with higher-priced products and enough abandoned checkouts each month to make a phone call worth it.
A real person makes every call, never a robocall. In addition, we only contact shoppers who opted in, and we check numbers against the National Do Not Call Registry. You can read the details on our compliance page.
Our model is simple, too. You pay 20% of the extra revenue above a holdout group we never contact, and nothing at all if there’s no lift. To see the full process, read how it works or check our pricing.
What we believe about abandoned carts
